Ok I tried getting V 2.8.1. Got Chrome v 30.0.1599.69 m (newest as of
10.16.2013)
Had to do manual install. downloed new empty.html, saved old content,
replaced 'current' wiki with empty.html, resaved again. now up to v2.81
used --enable-file-cookies, and --allow-file-access-from-files to no ef

Can't import from a tiddlywiki file with a underscore in it.
Once I change the TW filename to something without a underscore it
works
