I am couldn't exactly understand what is being asked but the way I
understand, you want to select text that comes between two tags.
When I wanted to select that text that comes between tags in a tiddler
and discard the other text the filter I used was
[{Tiddler 1}split[]splitbefore[]removesuf
Quickly putting out there how I think this could be done, not in code
because writing code takes me too long
The scheduler in that page allows minimum 15 min items, thus max 4 items in
an hour.
Set variable hour=currenttiddler
set variable day = current tiddler
