Here's a very easy way to create clickable images with instructions for 
novices like me: 

Use SVG-edit to create a drawing.
Select an element of the drawing and the option to make a hyperlink will 
appear in the menu
Delete contents of box and type in: #Tiddlername
Copy and paste the whole code into a tiddler 
Click on the element and Tiddlername will open.

The advantage of this method is that if you want to update your drawing by 
copy and pasting the code back into SVG-edit, you can remove the hyperlink 
from the box in the toolbar rather than rooting around in the code for it.
