Hi whatever Thank you. I followed your advice and disabled plugins until the problem went away. Within a few minutes I was able to determine that MathSVGPlugin was causing the problem. My version of the plugin was slightly out of date. After updating the plugin to the latest version 1.4.5, the problem has now gone.
