both using tiddlyweb as a blogging platform. Tiddlywiki on its own is

I don't know about blogs, but Eric's http://www.tiddlytools.com/ has a
comments feature. You will need to modify it to make it work for you
(by adding your own serverscript), but I have done this with success.
