and it seems to work ok if you are using an older version of
TW.i've also compared the code, and there are some very minor
differences, but it doesn't seem to work when I use the old p

I've just tried this, and can confirm that section links don't work in IE.
It's not immediately obvious what's causing this though - so I'm afraid
