Not withstanding any security issues simply Don't Share The Folder in which
you place your tiddlywiki with anyone.
I have Dropbox on all my devices iPhone, Adnroid Table, Home Laptop, Work
Laptop and occasionally an old ultra-portable. On my work laptop I use the
Selective Sync option
My question is that I should be able to show all the notes, but with a
password, only I can edit them. Please respond if you have a perfect
answer. Thank you in advance.

You need to look at the encryption from a tiddlywiki perspective not a
dropbox one. Dropbox is the storage.
