Updated section function not working in my browsers?? (XP64)

Tried with: FF3.0.4, Chrome 0.3.154.9, IE 7.0.5730.11 (64bit)
Did I misunderstand anything?

Processing for <> transclusion is
built into the TW core and can be done without using CoreTweak 784.
The tweaked code does not actually have anything to do with the
<> m

Actually, the "" markup does generate an HR element - it's only
styled to look that way ("border-style: dashed").
