I think it's difficult to see where it starts. You need to look at the
tiddler http://tiddlywiki.com/#TableOfContents - this shows the top level
list, all those tiddlers on that list are tagged with "TableOfContents". If
you click on the first tiddler on that list, "HelloThere" you will find

difficulty working out what steps I need to do, because when I paste the
code into my contents page, all I get is a blank. There must be more steps
