suggested.
I'm still having a little trouble with the plugin as it seems to throw my
left floating sidebar across to the right hand side of the screen so I've
disabled it for now.

I've fixed the problem as you suggest, however the table of contents
'popup' (ie outline-style bullet list with links to all sections) still
doesn't display.
