Hi Eric - Sorry for taking up your time with a silly typing mistake :( I've fixed the problem as you suggest, however the table of contents 'popup' (ie outline-style bullet list with links to all sections) still doesn't display. Btw I made a small, sheepish donation to your tip-jar. -- Y
