Maybe is it a sort of hack and it may not be conserved in the release
version, but for now a macro defined in the shadow tiddler
$:/core/ui/PageMacros is usable anywhere in the TiddlyWiki (you only have
to save and reload the wiki after having defined the macro).

But it will most probably be gone in the next release.
Just take a look at the JS Stuff… It's very easy to transfer a wikitext
macro to JS. You don't need to be fluent.
