Its essential it always works & is signed. Its a bit of a burden on TW
developers as the Firefox approval system is a pain. But it has always
worked for me (now on 46.0.1, on PC). the latest is here ...

TiddlyFox is signed by Mozilla as part of the distribution process. It may be
that the updated way of signing extensions that they recently introduced only
works on recent versions of FF.

One thing I've done is keep a copy of an older, portable version
(portableapps.com) of firefox as extra insurance. If the update doesn't work, I
have an older copy of firefox I can fall back on.
