I don't know how to invoke it through MarkupPreHead - What about
putting it in the Sitetitle - or SubTitle tiddler - and hide it /

or - as an element in the pagetemplate - also hidden...

Then add the LoadTiddlers macro to the tiddler SiteStartup.

I previously used something similar to the PageTemplate
solution...only I forced refreshing..in that case...I forgot
that I could simply NOT force refreshing to get what I
want..sometimes I look for a complicated solution when simplicity
has the answer all along
