I made this http://inmysocks.tiddlyspot.com/#YouTube%20Video%20Annotations a while ago for youtube annotations, you could probably fix it up to use your syntax. It is part of what Rich Shumaker used for his annotations. I think you only need to import that one tiddler but it has been a while
