I think Jeremy will reply you here! But as I know there are some efforts
to have switchable page templates and theme and this will let users to have
different page layouts.

However, I suggest the default Vanilla and Snow White themes in TiddlyWiki
could be improved to be more palatable to the eyes. They seem a bit
