On the desktop right click somewhere and select shortcut.

I have used Tiddlydesktop 0.14 a few times. I am using linux Mint Mate 20.
I had to make sure NW was executable. Created an icon on the desktop and
run it from there. That was the only way it would work. I remember at one
point in time, that some compatibility file was missing in the

only the browser extension but also to install a download from github. The
instruction for that is on github pages
