Birthe, Mark, I downloaded a fresh, empty version of TiddlyBlink, opened it in my browser, made an amendment, saved it. Then I downloaded a fresh version of TD, and opened the file mentioned in the paragraph above, amended it, tried to save it and got the red warning again!! Something was wrong

I'm not sure I see the relevance, since we're talking about local file saving, right? But yes, it works best with local TW files. But, TD will also allow you to serve up data folder tiddlers. It doesn't play as nicely -- you don't get the icon and tw title display. And, worse, you can't close a
