loadFile used to be in the Filesystem.js, but when my code stopped working and I took a look at the svn repository (http:// svn.tiddlywiki.org/Trunk/core/js/FileSystem.js) I found that the function is no longer there, and Filesystem.js seems reduced to just some UTF8 handling. Was loadFile moved
