[twdev] Can't write a plugin

I'm trying to learn how plugins work and been reading the dev wiki: https://tiddlywiki.com/dev/#How%20to%20create%20plugins%20in%20the%20browser I've followed the instructions, created a plugin tiddler and a payload tiddler for the javascript. So far my payload tiddler just contains: console.lo
