I'm not sure how helpful it will be but the TiddlyDocs menu plugin does save
its changes back to a tiddler, see config.macros.tdoc2Outline.ren
Can anyone point me to some instructions for setting up cook?

Cool stuff chris. I found adding file uploading to cctiddly made it a
much more usefull wiki. CctIddly already has a file upload macro which
should not require too much effort to adapt for tiddlyweb.
