I have not used any free programs but TAC32 has lots of features not bad for

Looks like my 5030 package is a 5Mhz ocxo version of the FTS 4060 described on
pcr68.com.
Hand written note on ocxo indicates 74 degrees at 41ma guessing this is
Centigrade operating temp.

Keep the Palisade as it is. It's got a useful 1 PPS output. Also it's almost
impossible to open the case without destroying it. The two halves are epoxyed
together with a very good joint geometry! There is no obvious way to get to the
