I do not think this is an intentional email from the addressee. I have seen
something like this several years ago. It is some sort of malware.

Gigatronics is Fluke or visa versa.
So I have as an example the Fluke 6060a and believe I found the documents
online the 61 and 62 were higher frequency models using I think multiplier
and filter methods.

Any spam campaigh costs money. If you sht down the site that is being
spammed for, the spam,mer looses any benefit from the campaign.
