Hi mark & all
It is a 9390-52023 with a LCD & led indicators. I haven't opened it and peeked
to see what kind of oscillator is in it yet. I will take a look inside
tomorrow. Does anyone know what the part number breaks down too?

Hi Paul,
The original NVram is toast so if it was storing the what card was installed,
it was lost long ago.
The Antenna card is present. The Antenna input card is keyed so it can only fit
in the bottom slot.
2 Other IO modules are present, A TTL 1PPM, 1PPS and 10 or 5 or 1 MHz output
and a PP
Hi Tammy,
The lock indicator on my rather ancient 9390 is one of the decimal points on
the LED display.
is directly connected to the Rubidium and illuminates when the Rubi is in lock.
On my unit it has no direct correlation with GPS lock.
Please let us know the postfix on your 9390 (9390-x)

Hello,
My google-fu is failing me. Does anyone have a collection of test
cases for date and time calculations? I am especially interested in
catching errors when T1 comes from a different timescale than T2.
Thanks in advance.

Mark,
I have a NIB Austron 2021L Antenna with the accessories. I think it's an
active antenna and might do the trick for you. If you're interested,
contact me off list.

Well you have quite a basket case there.
The only thing you need is the a6 slot which is the antenna board.
Granted you need to go into the menus and turn off what ever was in the old
slots. By the way when you get to the menu it will at least give you a clue
as to what the board was.

My own Trimble Bullet, and others as far as I can tell by reading this
list, is not very sensitive in general. I get much better results with a
Symmetricom than with the Bullet. For that matter, I also see more
satellites with a cheap mag-mount GPS active antenna than with the Bullet.

Downloaded the manual not too helpful with respect to the schematic.
Further its not clear to me one way or another that the antenna was
actually the first down converter as had been the case with older systems.
A bit of a clue maybe is that the antenna could be up to 350 ft away from
the rcvr.

Good point I missed on the last comment. Yes the ones I have run across in
various places are not any better then whats in the units.

Hi all
I have a datum 9390 that will pick up GPS and get the date etc but will not go
into oscillator lock state. Anyone have any suggestions on this?
Next up is the spectracom 8195a I have. Allegedly it was working when removed
from an American tower site. Sadly it doesn't see any GPS satellite
Dear all,
My 2200 was stuck in a POST reboot loop.
It would check, RAM, ROM RTC then say waiting for signal processor the reboots

During troubleshooting I replaced both Zero Power NVRAM and RTC chips.
I only had old ones, but they must have enough juice left and this has

Hi All,
According to the configuration sheet for my Austron 2200 I am supposed to have
option p/n 12811903 in slot A5.
However, the slot is empty and there is no blank installed.
Someone has removed the option card but I am unable to figure out what it is.
I have searched the web to no avail.

Hi all,
Anyone have a redundant Austron 2200 Antenna/1st IF assembly?
(part number=~12812282)
If so, I'd appreciate it if you drop me a line with your price.
Many thanks,
