2.2 Is a good working firmware. Unfortunately there is no user-updatable process, you would have to send it in to a reseller, like Synergy-Systems for them to flash it, which will probably end up costing more than what you paid for the receivers. >From what I recall a while back, both 3.0 & 3.1
