After I bought my Thunderbolt, I sent Trimble an email asking for what the current firmware was. I gave them the version in my unit. I have not gotten a response yet, but it has only been a month and a half... I am not holding my breath. They are probably more interested in selling new units.

So I salvaged a piece of equipment that has something very similar to this in it. http://www.trimble.com/tmg_thunderbolt.shtml It doesn't have the power supply shown but the GPS board is very similar. I downloaded there program and I'm getting a lock and supposedly a 10 Mhz osc disciplined
