I bought a softmark HP-IB to USB adaptor and it doesn't work with many of my
HP pieces of test equipment. A complaint to softmark brought very little
help. I even offered to lend them a piece of equipment so that they could
test their product but they didn't accept.

interface that I'm not using. Everything is like new and I have all

Be warned - I could never get it going with my 5370B - the only unit I
needed it for!
The guy tried to be helpful but since he didn't have a 5370B he
couldn't do much.
