I was amazed a couple of months ago to find about 20 - 30% of all all
offerings for HDTV cameras to be bogus.
The percentage is even higher for thermal imagers.

See for example some high-end video or still cameras, a lot of them are
offered for 1/2 the real value, and loads of folks with $0.01
