Hi Community, I received my Leo Bodnar Mini GPS Reference Clock. The same 10MHz output frequency can be achieved by varios configuration settings. Are some of these combinations better than others? .marek ___ time-nuts mailing list -- time-

Hi all, I've been trying to figure out the right email address for replies to the group. When I tried to send this message the other day, to the automatic address in the archive listing, it was rejected. I was just looking again today, and I see the discrepancy, I think. I'm now sending to the

Good point, Jared, regarding confined space protocols. When I was in industry, the rule was “two people on any confined space job.” The second person stays outside and watches. If the first person runs into trouble, the second raises the alarm but does NOT enter the space until help is on the scene

I've owned two of the Casio Waveceptor watches and they are rugged and reasonably priced. I like a less cluttered face with no printed numbers on the analog clock face, a single rectangular LCD for the advanced functions, and a metal link band. The higher end Lineage line can provide titanium case

I don't know if this post will work, but there is a simpler and cheaper way to put time on your wrist. A Casio Waveceptor Atomic Watch receives WWVB time from Fort Collins and Rugby, England each night. It switches to and from DST automatically and is generally accurate to within 1/10 second. The

Also, don't forget about ventilation if you will be entering the underground space. This sort of thing is classed as a 'confined space' and there should be oxygen monitoring in place while inside to prevent asphyxiation. Ventilation may work against the thermal isolation goals, but it's better th
