Hello,
Has anyone attempted or successfully upgraded an older HP 5065A to use a
new 10811 oscillator?
HP created an upgrade kit for this purpose and provided a manual with full
schematics. While I would expect that upgrade kit is difficult
(impossible?) to find I imagine it might be possible to u
Hello,
I'm interested in purchasing a (preferably working) HP 5065A. I've
kept my eyes out on Ebay for a unit but no luck so far. If anyone has
one they'd be willing to part with please let me know!

Hi,
I've got a 10 MHz distribution amplifier and am considering purchasing a
5 MHz reference. Most (not all) of my equipment accepts a 5 MHz
reference, but I'd like to be able to use the existing distribution
amplifier I have if possible. Therefore, I'm considering ways I might
generate a low-nois

Hi,
I'm curious to hear people's thoughts on the SRS FS740
(https://www.thinksrs.com/products/fs740.html) as a lab frequency
standard. The phase noise performance of the OCXO and Rb options seem
quite good (the same specs apparently apply during GPS disciplining too)
