I need Croatian (east-european) characters in reports, but keep getting utf-8
encoded garbage - 2 letters for each croatian character. Like when you save a
file as utf-8 and then load it as cp1252.

Here is how far I came on my own:

- I have taken sxv files from server installation and edited them to my needs.
For all fonts I have set Croatian language in open office.
- In client, I select modify existing report and upload my version. When I
upload reports this way, I can't find the active RML file any more. The
original RML file that is on disk contains the original version of the report,
and changing it has no effect. I must always upload new versions using the
client now.
- I have edited rml2pdf and set encoding to utf-8 instead of cp1252, as
suggested in previous posts. After editing this file I have also deleted the
pyc to force recompilation.

What else do I need to do?
