I need to configure HPLUART in order to read a byte message and to put
it on a buffer.
can somebody help me?
I also want to know how does HPLUART.get and HPLUART.put work.

Can you try following similar instructions with an install of MSVCR71.DLL

The other option is to run Windows Update to upgrade to .NET 1.1.
