Sorry for the delayed response I have been busy today. I typed this in my
terminal window and as you can see the results below.

This is the information I have typed in my .bashrc file I think it is
right.

Hi,
I am using TinyOS-2.0.2, Cygwin environment, and I am on an important
juncture of the project where I need to know answers to the following
questions from the experts.
1) I am about to add an external FLASH to my platform, as my system
is quite similar to MicaZ so I am planning to use
Hi All,
I am following Deluge 2.0 quick start. I got the following errors as
follows. Any ideas on how to fix them? I am using Tinyos1.15 and telosb
nodes as our project application is developed based on this version. I can't
use Tinyos2.x instead. Any help would be highly appreciated.

Hello Folks,
I'm using 2 MIB 600s and each has Micaz. One of them sends a packet via air,

Hi Andrey,
I am very sorry for this very late response, but as you may know I was
blocked by compiliing issues...
Anyway, I am now trying to get back on track and figure out all what I
have to do.
I am not sure I understood completely your problem. You are saying

Lets put this on the help list to keep a record
The Intelligent Designers kind of arbitrarily limited the
Timer driven sampling to a 3ms period on micas, although using
Timer2 on the tmotes I have used 2ms (presumably even
1ms works...). If you want to get to .5ms you'll have to look
into the

It's missing because most of its concepts (service instances, auto-
wiring Init, etc.) became part of the standard TinyOS API. The on
I'm cc'ing this back to the help list where someone may have a
better opinion...
I would generally set a repeat Timer in start() like this:
call Timer.start(TIMER_REPEAT, READMS);
where READMS is something above 3ms (the undocumented minimum in T1).
When the timer fires, start a conversion. T
David,
Since motes A and B that receive the RadioCountToLeds message with counter
value i at the same time, ideally, both A and B should return the same
global timestamps of the message reception. You can, for every counter value
i, take the difference of global timestamps by A and by B. You can u
Thanks for your help Janos.
If I want the clock error between the root and another mote, would
that be the offset? Also, what's is are the timestamps in
milliseconds?

David,
The local timestamp is the time of reception of a RadioCounToLeds message
according to the motes local clock, whereas the global timestamp is the time
of reception of a RadioCounToLeds message according to the global time in
the network. When a mote is synchronized, they are typically diffe
Hi,
I'm having some trouble interpreting the results of the testftsp
application on tinyos 2.x. The skew value is always 0 even when the
synched flag is false and global timestamp doesn't equal local
timestamp. Does anyone know why?
Thanks,
David
