If you are talking about encryption algorithms, any and all of them can be easily implemented in TinyOS. I myself have implemented around 15 different encryption algorithms and they all work efficiently.
Apart from that, you can also look into TinySec ( http://tinyos.stanford.edu/tinyos-wiki/index.php/TinySec) which is a security architecture implemented in TinyOS 1.x. Hope this helps.
