Subject: Re: [Tinyos-help] limite
I'd like to play with tinyos2 on a board with an ATmega8, and after looking
through the chips directory it appears that the only supported avr device is
the ATmega128. Do I have this right?
I'll probably just take a copy of atm128 and hack it up until it works.
There are certainly better paths to
ld returned 1 exit status

Subject: Re: [Tinyos-help] BUG: tinyos-2 libtoscomm.so needs -fPIC flag
(w/patch)
On 1/9/07, Daniel Goertzen
libtoscomm.so is a shared library but is not built with the -fPIC flag. I
assume that some systems are forgiving of this, but gentoo x86_64 with
gcc-4.1.1 is not.
Cheers,
Dan.

RCS file: /cvsroot/tinyos/tinyos-2.x/tools/tinyos/j
The utility "tos-locate-jre" yields incorrect results on a gentoo linux
system.
The above utility follows symlinks to determine where the jre is located.
On a gentoo system the jre is selected at runtime by a wrapper script,
therefore symlink following gives a bogus result.
The patch below fixes

Subject: Re: [Tinyos-help] tarballs for tinyos-2.x
Hi!
On 1/5/07, Daniel Goertzen <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
Could someone direct me to where I can find tarballs for current tinyos 2
releases? I've only been able to find current releases in rpm form.
Thanks,
Dan.
