rectly. The CTP is a really nice thing.
Thanks,

Hello list,
I'm currently working on a special-purpose derivate of CTP and therefore
read all the source code to get an overview. One point that is totally
unclear to me is in CtpForwardingEngineP (most recent CVS release).
It says (line 439):

Kevin,
as your environment variables sound good to me, maybe you should check
the application's Makefile? It could be badly formatted or just missing
the "include $(MAKERULES)" line.
This idea is not genious, I know, but as I've been messing around with a
Makefile bug just yesterday, it may be
erial simulation, which would have resulted in many additional hours of
debugging, as Avrora seems to have to "dbg" equivalent.
So, thanks again,
Oliver

Hello list,
today, I tried to use an application with the current TinyOS 2 CVS
version. Unfortunately, no AM packets arrive anywhere; send returns
success, but receive is never called...
I tested with TOSSIM and Avrora and had no success at all.
Can anybody confirm that? Or is there a problem s
Thanks,

Hello list,
I'm currently trying to send packets over a serial connection
(SerialActiveMessageC and so on) to my PC. As I don't have a real mote,
and TOSSIM doesn't seem to simulate a serial port at all, I'm using the
latest version of Avrora (1.7.105), in both mica2 and micaz mode, plus
TOS 2
Hello,
short question: Does TOSSIM 2.x simulate a serial port that I can
connect to with the TOS java classes? I found some hints, but they
seemed to cover TOSSIM 1.x only.
It would be nice if I was able to use TOSSIM, but I don't see it as a
must have, as Avrora offers serial simulation that

Exactly. That's what I do. I mount the live cd/install image in an empty

No ideas about the downloadable VM from my side, sorry. I didn't even

But you might want to try to create your own virtual machine for VMware
