Take a look at CpmModelC in the tos/lib/tossim. That's where the
packets are dropped according to the SNR.
You could replace this file with yours (instead of wiring to
CpmModelC, you wire to your custom-made file), and then use the gain
attribute in a dirty way to decide if you should drop x
