Short answer: out of the box, no.
Longer answer: the internal RC oscillator is not stable enough to give
you microsecond accuracy. Thus, you have to rely on the 32kHz crystal.

millisecond accuracy. But my own experiment needs microsecond precision. Can
FTSP provide it on tmotes?
