You can install Boomerang for Linux. My recommendation is follow my install guide at http://www.5secondfuse.com/tinyos/install.html. Even if you don't use a Ubuntu variant, if you're Linux savvy you'll see what you need. Not to mention the debs that Stanford makes for TinyOS 2 will work for
