I had to install the automake and build essentials. then it works.

I don't understand why Bootstrap isn't working. That is what you have to
figure out first. You will have to figure that one out yourself.
If Bootstrap doesn't run then configure won't get built right. Bootstrap
creates configure.
When I run Bootstrap I get the following:
