Hi,

I am trying to get TinyOS working for a micaz mote on Ubuntu 11.10
(Oneiric). I followed the guide on
http://docs.tinyos.net/tinywiki/index.php/Getting_started_using_Ubuntu_9.10_and_TelosB_motes,
but using version 2.1.1. When I try to make the Blink (or any other) app, I
get the error "Couldn't execute avr-gcc." Looking at my installed packages,
I see that I have all flavors of avr-gcc-tinyos, etc. However, I do not
have the binary avr-gcc. When I try to install the non-tinyos package,
"gcc-avr", I no longer get this error but instead get compile errors.

Has anyone run into a similar problem, or have a solution?

Cheers

Jon
