the point is that there're some issues between the J2SE and J2ME implementations,
that will make this not as simple.. i.e no cloneable interface exists in ME, among other details.
It will have to be hacked a bit.

I think all current motes apart from the iMote1 / 2 are not capable of
running J2ME at a decent speed (if at all). If you're interested in
running Java on a mote you may want to check out Sun's SPOT project
which has an extremely cut down version of Java running on an ARM
class device.
