I know that it's possible to connect SerialForwarder to Tossim but what I
want is to connect Listen to Tossim or any similar app, which shows the
information of the packet.

You can supply to applications from java SDK, such as Listen, a
parameter e.g. -comm s...@localhost:9001
If you start the special SerialForwarder for TOSSIM (in e.g. Driver.cpp)
on the port 9001, you could connect to it with Listen.
