Hi all,
I have MICA2+MDA300CA. I have 4 resistors of 120 ohm each arranged in a wheastone bridge fashion between pins A7+,A7-, E2.5 and GND of MDA300CA
And two cases:
1. One mica2 is programmed with TOSBase the other with XSensorMDA300
2. Both are programmed with XMDA300 (version 1.4).
I want to make a calculation of total power consumption per mote per hour and want to estimate life time in each case.
My guess is that since I am sending one data packet in XMDA300 case it will consume significantly less power compare to the case of XSensorMDA300 where 4 packets are transmitted.
In both cases the ANALOG_SAMPLE_TIME is 9 second and distanc between two mote is fixed to about 1 meter - line of site.
Could you guide me
some to make a reasonably accurate calculation of mA-hr in both cases?
