Please I want to remove the antenna on Mica2, it is MMCX antenna?

Yup. It should just bayonet-off.

Sorry, I was wrong about the bayonet thing. It just snaps in.
On the mica2's that I have, the little gold square piece can
be pulled directly back out of the connector on the board.

Not working :( i am not sure if you mean the MMCX connector by Mica2?
should I press the circle plate (outer side)..

If the part with the antenna on it rotates inside the on-board
connector then it should pull out. No pressing necessary.
If it doesn't rotate then someone probably super-glued it together...
