Unless my memory is dying, that file was for rene2 mote support (which
was never released). It also worked on mica motes (not to be confused
with mica2 or micaz!), though at a slower rate than the regular radio
stack. Except if you have rene2 motes (somewhat unlikely), it's
useless.
