if by calculate RSSI you mean read, you can use the interface
CC2420Packet command
getRssihttp://www.tinyos.net/tinyos-2.x/doc/nesdoc/micaz/ihtml/tos.chips.cc2420.interfaces.CC2420Packet.html#getRssi(message_t
*p_msg).
If you want to measure the RSSI noise floor you can use the component
