Hi,

I was trying to run the XSensorMTS400 app on MICAz with MTS420CA.

I have downloaded the entire contrib/xbow folder from sourceforge and I have
installed the code of XSensorMTS400 on MICAz (I did have uncommented
"#define MTS420" in appFeature.h to indicate that I was using an MTS420
board).

I put both a MICAz and an MTS420CA board on an MIB510 programming board and
connected them to the serial port on PC. Following the Getting_Started_Guide
( <http://www.xbow.com/Support/Support_pdf_files/Getting_Started_Guide.pdf>
http://www.xbow.com/Support/Support_pdf_files/Getting_Started_Guide.pdf), I
used "xlisten -r -b=57600 -s=COM4 > raw" to get the attached raw data file
(COM4 is the serial port on my laptop).

Unlike the data shown in the table on Page 39 of Getting_Started_Guide, the
data (see attachment) that I have obtained looked very weird. For example:

(1) I have specified -b=57600, but why was it still displaying [baud=0x1001]
on the second line of the raw data?

(2) Not all packets came from address 7e00 (UART) as they were supposed to.

(3) Their Group ID (the 4th byte) was not 0x88 as defined in the
MakeXbowlocal file.

Has anyone successfully run this application before? Could anyone explain my
phenomenon?

Thanks a lot.

Regards,

Wolf
