Dear friends I am trying to simulate a large network with Avrora simulator in (Xubuntos via VMware player). However no matter what number I set for -nodecount, I never get the results of simulation for more than 50 nodes (even for Blink app). I have found out that Avrora runs one thread per node and the number of simulated nodes depends on the hardware and the operating system support . I also know that the number of supported threads per process in Xubuntos is much more than 1000. My Cpu is a CoreDuo and logically I should not have problems simulating more than 50 nodes. I would really appreciate if anyone could help me with this.
