Hi All: Can some one knows the module ~/dskim/tinyos/rts-cts/ directory in the tinyos 2-X source file? I have happened to find that, However, I doubt how to implement the IEEE 802.11 in TINYOS, can some one send me some source files or research papers? Can they provide research papers' links from CiteULike? Thanks!

They are connected to the mts420, 5 with and 10 without the gps module. They poll the sensirion sensirion for humidity and humidity, which they send to a basestation with intervals of 1-5 minutes. This is not done synchronized as of now. The nodes run a simple version of RPL, and must be able to relay packets. I have currently not implemented any power control for these nodes. I am figuring out whether I should implement any power control. Does someone have experience with the battery lifetime of the iris nodes. How long can I expect the motes to be powered without changing batteries. I am looking for a rough estimate as to whether this is days, weeks, or months Regards Jan Egil Vestb? ------------------------------ Message: 2 Date: Sat, 23 Feb 2013 08:54:41 +0530 From: AKHILA S RAO <akhila...@ece.iisc.ernet.in> Subject: Re: [Tinyos-help] Battery lifetime experiences To: Jan Egil Vestb? <janeg...@gmail.com> Cc: "tinyos-help@millennium.berkeley.edu" <tinyos-help@millennium.berkeley.edu> Message-ID: <32b3b06027fca3d539a29c47cf61d22e.squir...@www.ece.iisc.ernet.in> Content-Type: text/plain;charset=iso-8859-1 I have not tested with iris motes, but with telosb motes. With 2 AA batteries if the radio is ON all the time then the lifetime is only in terms of days. I am guessing iris mote is not very different. If you want it to survive for months then you need to do sleep wake cycling. > Hi > > I am about to deploy a network of about 15 iris nodes powered by 2xAA > batteries. At receiving end (destination), I need to lock the received time of each route. All the motes is booted; At receiving end: 1st route- time stamp11858 2nd route-time stamp11885 3rd route -time stamp11903 resending: 'x'th time (its not booted again ) 1st route- time stamp-23165 2nd route-time stamp-23142 resending 'x+1' time 1st route-time stamp-7907 2nd route-time stamp-7885 resending 'x+2' time 1st route-time stamp7350 2nd route-time stamp7373 my doubts, 1- the (local time) time stamp has to be keep on increasing, right? 2- what is the negative value here?
