Hi all,

I'm wondering what is the best way to proceed for using BLIP2.0 without serial
link. I don't have a serial board to communicate with the mote running
PppRouter, but an Ethernet one.

Is there an alternative to using the pppd daemon on the PC? I guess that the
pppd is only meant to communicate over a serial port, right?
When using the pppd daemon, do you think that using a virtual port emulator to
fool the ppp daemon would be a viable solution? I've seen some software that
can act as a bridge between a TCP/IP network port and a Linux pseudo serial
port.

Many thanks for your feedback,

- Vincent
